Who Is TabTrade - A New CFD Broker in 2026

TabTrade — The Short Version

TabTrade.com launched in Q1 2026. Trading platform registered in Saint Lucia, under the FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, a FMA-regulated broker.

The BlackBull connection is relevant. It says the person running this is not figuring it out from scratch. That is not a guarantee. It is preferable to a founder with no industry background.

TabTrade came out of the gate with execution through Equinix servers. Same facilities institutional desks use. The typical new launch focuses on ads and sign-up promos. TabTrade went the other way. Interesting choice.

The instrument list: forex, indices, metals, commodities, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. Over 1,000 instruments. For a broker that is a few months old, that coverage is solid.

What You Trade On

You get: MT5, cTrader by Spotware, and web trading. Two major platforms from the same login. A lot of brokers pick one platform. Having both is useful. Use whichever you prefer.

MetaTrader 5 is the default. Complete charts, automated trading, huge user base. If you know MT4 or MT5 previously, there are no surprises.

cTrader is the cleaner option. Better DOM. Smoother chart interaction. Native automated trading. Plenty of traders like it better than MT5 after comparing.

FIX API is available for bots but needs the VIP account ($25,000 deposit). TradingView is said to be in the works. That should be a good addition once it is live.

Accounts and Pricing

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. 1.0 pip spreads. No commission. Easy to track. $0 to start. Good for people who want simple pricing.

Edge account. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On majors, the actual interbank spread is often below 0.2 pips. So your all-in cost can sit under half a pip. That is hard to beat for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most brokers that run raw pricing at this level ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. Tab Trade has no minimum.

VIP account. $25,000 deposit required. FIX API, sub-20ms execution, custom pricing. Not something the average person. Do not worry about it unless you move real size.

Infrastructure

The speed is the thing this broker stands apart. Equinix servers in London. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. That is institutional numbers. The average platform operate at a much wider range.

Should you care? If you trade small timeframes, absolutely. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is the difference between. If you swing trade, it matters less. The point is they invested in proper execution. That says they are not cutting corners on the tech.

Combine that execution speed with the Edge account pricing and the total package is strong. Few brokers at this price point offer execution like this.

Regulation

Now, the thing you need to be straight about. TabTrade is under Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is tier-3. No FCA. No fund protection scheme. If that is a problem for you, stop reading. There are FCA-regulated options out there.

However. The person running it came from BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure costs real money. Fly-by-night platforms do not invest in Equinix connectivity. This does not guarantee anything. It does inform how you think about it.

The trade-off: no FCA or ASIC safety net. In exchange: 1:1000 leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether this deal works is your call.

Deposit Bonus

Tab Trade has a deposit bonus of up to $2,000. Typical welcome offer. You deposit, they credit extra capital. Standard terms apply: trading volume requirements before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Review the fine print before funding.
